Delivery costs and times
Currently, most POINT TWO FIVE jewellery is made to order in Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter, UK. This ensures a high standard of care and minimises waste. We think it's worth the wait! Please note that we allow ourselves 7 business days for production and processing before we ship out your order. For gold-plated/gold vermeil items, please allow 2-3 weeks. We always strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible.

Shipping agents
We work with shipping agents (DPD and Evri) who are responsible for delivering your item to you, selecting the service best suited to your product and destination. We would ask for you to await the relevant lead time before getting in touch. If the relevant lead time has passed and you have not received your full order please contact us for further information at orders@pointtwofive.co.uk

track your delivery
Our shipping agents offer full tracking on orders and your package will require a signature. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Taxes, customs and duties
UK customers only pay the amount charged at the point of sale. Customers outside of the UK are responsible for all local sales taxes, customs charges and duties. You will be contacted by the courier to provide payment before delivery. You can estimate fees by using a free online calculator here.
Returns
Please consider that, currently, each POINT TWO FIVE item is made to order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer site credit or a gift card in exchange for your return within 10 days of the arrival of your purchase. Please note, for both domestic and international returns, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
You are not able to cancel your contract for any goods ordered from us which are bespoke, personalised or engraved.

You can return goods for a full refund at any time up to seven working days after the day you received our order by informing us in writing at orders@pointtwofive.co.uk. You must return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them and at your own cost and risk.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days to the same card used to pay for your purchase.
If your goods are faulty or incorrect, you must let us know in writing by sending an email to orders@pointtwofive.co.uk. You must return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them. Only in the case of faulty or incorrect goods will we be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
