description by wendy andreu
"The FLOWER series explores the interaction between fullness and emptiness. It is designed using a system of decorative and playful beads, each made up of a hollow torus that is truncated in places. These hollows create the outline of a flower, existing through the shape of the void. The flower manifests in the negative space at the center of each bead. The beads shape the chain, guiding it to follow the torus's contours. It is visible in the hollows, which, by filling the void, reveal the petals of the flower." - Wendy Andreu
